What Equipment do I need for Stop Motion Animation?

1)Decide whether you are going to use a Webcamara or a digital still camera to take your still images.

2)If you are using a webcamera then make sure the software drivers that come with the camera are installed and working. You might want to upate the drivers for the camera from the manufacturer.

3)If you are using a Digital still camera then ensure that you set the image capture to 640x480 JPeg format. Consult you digital still camera manual on how to do this if needed.

4) If you are using a webcamera then use some sticky tack to secure the webcamera. It is very important not to accidentally knock against the camera when taking your snapshots for you stop motion.
